 S. 38TH AVE / MT. ADAMS VIEW DRIVE PROJECT UPDATES:

The Contractor will continue to clean up landscaping, patch adjustments, and clean up ditch line and culvert crossings.

Please drive slowly and with caution for your safety and the safety of the workers.

BOMBING RANGE ROAD PHASE 8 PROJECT UPDATES:

October 19, 2018

Paving was completed October 18th and 19th! The Contractor will continue forward preparing for sidewalk installation, striping and final project wrap up items. Please remember that the project is closed to through traffic until the signs and barricades have been removed.

COLLINS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATES:

October 19, 2018

The Contractor has been very active this past week. Curbing will be completed on Friday October 18th with some final curb touch up on Monday next week. Following curbing will be placing, blading and compacting final top course rock and paving is scheduled to occur on Thursday October 25th. Paving activities will impact access to the existing homes. Vehicles cannot be allowed on the new asphalt until compaction has been completed and the temperature of the asphalt has dropped. Cones will be placed in driveways indicating that ingress and egress from the driveway is permitted. Once the cones have been removed this  will indicate that access is now open. Emergency vehicles will always be permitted if the situation occurs

BROTHERHOOD RESERVIOR AND TRANSMISSION MAIN PROJECT UPDATES:

October 19, 2018

The project is nearing the end but there are still some required roadway repairs and waterline tie ins that will impact the public. On Tuesday the contractor will be connecting the new water main to the existing main in 3 locations. Notices will be placed on impacted homes and businesses on Friday October 19th. There will be another, and final, water shut down to connect to the existing waterline on Grosscup Blvd. Wednesday. The work will require the closure of the Grosscup Blvd between SR224 and Deer Street. A detour route will be in place using N.62nd Ave. The road closure will not occur until 9:00 AM and should be open by 5:00 PM.
