AD 2017-01:  City of West Richland (WRMC Text Amendment)

Amend WRMC Section 17.51.020.A to include “Clinics” as a Permitted Use upon those properties zoned Combined Commercial/Light Industrical Use District (CLI) within the Plat of Belmont Business District and Upon Lots 4 and that portion of Lot 2 located south of Keene Road of Short Plat #3449.  The Open Record Public Hearing for the proposed text amendment is scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on March 9, 2017 @ 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at 3803 W. Van Giesen St.

2017 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update Public Hearing

The West Richland Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on the draft update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, March 9, 2017 in the City Council Chambers (library building) at 3803 W. Van Giesen, West Richland, WA.  All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the hearing.

At the hearing, comments may be made verbally or in writing. The City’s Comprehensive Plan includes goals and policies that provide guidance for public and private decision makers. The Plan provides the basis for designating land use, infrastructure development, and for implementing community services.  The complete proposal can be viewed via the link below.
