Description of Proposal:
The proposed project includes the construction of two new 6,100 square feet buildings for commercial businesses on the 1.22 acre site with associated parking, utility, grading, and landscaping improvements. The proposed site is located near the intersection of Paradise Way and Bombing Range Rd and is addressed as 1605 Bombing Range Rd (Parcel No.: 1-0698-402-0236-003). The site is currently zoned Commercial General (CG) in which commercial buildings are an allowed use.
