[ARCHIVED] Notice of SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance

Location of Proposal: Unaddressed, West Richland, WA 99353

Description of Proposal: Bill Richards of BR Building Company has applied for a grading permit on behalf of the property owners, Christopher and Debra Roskelley, at an unaddressed parcel on Grant Street (Parcel Nos.: 106984020130000). The proposed project will be completed to build a single-family residence. The site is approximately 2.5 acres and is currently zoned Low Density Residential (RL-40) in which single family dwellings are an allowed use. Per WRMC 18.04.080.B.4, grading projects for single-family residential homes that are moving more than 1,000 cubic yards of material are subject to environmental review. This project proposes moving 1,100 cubic yards of material.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that this proposal will not have a probably significant adverse impact on the environment that cannot be mitigated through compliance with the Conditions of the WRMC and other applicable regulations. This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance.
