Project Description:  

This project will complete vital utility infrastructure necessary for continued growth of the City.  Access to public water and sewer is critical in the continued support of private development along the corridor and this project would complete gaps currently existing in the system.  

Phase 1 (Completed) – Installed 2,650 liner feet of water main and 5 new fire hydrants, from the Racetrack property to Keene Road.  This first phase was completed in the Spring of 2022.  

Phase 2 – Will install approximately 6,400 linear feet of water main, 1,000 linear feet of sewer stubs and 16 new fire hydrants, from Keene Road to 62nd Avenue.  This phase will be constructed during the summer/fall of 2023.
