Description of Proposal: 

The proposed project will install approximately 1,950 linear feet of 12" water main from Keene Rd to Paradise Way and approximately 2,850 linear feet of 12" water main from north of Paradise Way to Belmont Blvd. New fire hydrants will be installed approximately every 500 feet. 8" to 10" water main road crossings will be installed for future services on individual parcels or future developments. 8" sewer stubs will be added to existing manholes to allow individual parcel service. Three new saddle manholes with these 8" sewer stubs will be added to the existing 21" sanitary sewer main. SR 224/W Van Giesen will be restored with HMA patching and gravel shoulder restoration.

Mitigation Measures:

No mitigation measures required at this time. This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance. You may submit comments on this proposal to the address below before 5:00 PM, January 23, 2023.
