Economic Development Board Vacancy - The Economic Development Board serves the City Council in an advisory capacity in assessing, monitoring and promoting economic development in the City. Park Board Vacancy - The Park Board formulates and make recommendations to the City Council and Mayor relative to the beautification, improvement, development, maintenance, management, and planning of all West Richland City parks and associated facilities. This includes parks, green belts, trails, parkways, boulevard landscaping, recreation areas, and all park and recreation buildings, equipment, and facilities.
