Updated the proposed Ordinance amending the West Richland Municipal Code to be consistent with the intended action.  It was discovered that the language would have prohibited a regular restaurant in the CN and CL districts.  That isn’t the intent of the amendment, so the text has been updated to reflect what was presented at the Planning Commission and Community Development Subcommittee.
