SmartPay Automatic Withdrawals
The City offers a payment service called Smartpay. This allows you to schedule an automatic deduction from your checking account on either the 10th or 25th of the month.
Signing up is a breeze. All you need to do is complete the Smart Pay Application (PDF) and attach a voided check, bank member card, or a letter on bank letterhead providing the account holder's name, bank account, and routing numbers. Drop off or mail forms directly to:

New Credit Card Payments
We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa payments through the Utility Billing online payment system.
Please note, transaction fees apply for any transaction processed online. This fee is charged by the third party.

To utilize the online credit card payment site, you will need the following two pieces of information to complete the transaction:
- New Account Number (found in the upper right corner of your statement)
- Last Payment Amount
If you need assistance with either of these, please contact our office at 509-967-3431 option 4.
If you have multiple utility accounts, you will only need to create one profile.
If your service has been disconnected for non-payment, please call Utility Billing at 509-967-3431 before making your payment.
